Summer Camps · Water Adventures

Fill your summer with sparkle, rhythm and teamwork! Music, movement and water come together in perfect harmony in this introduction to the art of synchronized swimming. Learn the basics of synchro skills like sculling, formations and creative choreography, all while building confidence, coordination and friendships. Between routines, you’ll enjoy fun water games, team challenges and plenty of poolside laughter. By the end of camp, you’ll perform a mini water show with your fellow artistic swimmers to celebrate all your progress and teamwork. No previous experience needed — just a love for the water and a willingness to make a splash! No synchro experience required. Prerequisite: Swimmer 5

Taekwondo training gives them a healthy outlet while having fun, staying fit and learning focus, integrity, and confidence. Regular Taekwondo classes at this age level helps build strength and character. Note: Uniforms are required and will be made available for purchase on the first class from Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Inc. for an additional fee of $87.00 (HST included). Belt testing occurs at the end of every course at the discretion of the instructor, when the child is deemed ready, and is required to progress through the levels. An additional belt testing fee, starting at $71.00 (HST included) for White Belt is collected by the Woodbridge Taekwon-Do Inc. at the time of testing. Students coming from other clubs must show proof of belt certification in Chang-Hon Style of Taekwon-Do, otherwise they must start at the White Belt level. Become a strong tennis player with an all-court game by learning proper stroke techniques, including forehand, backhand, serve, volley, lob and smash. This foundation course improves technical tennis ability, provides a full body workout and fosters an appreciation for fitness, sportsmanship and fun. Swim. Bike. Run. Why be good at one sport when you can be good at three! Swim laps in the pool, bike in the cycling studio, and run sprints on the indoor and outdoor tracks. Our qualified staff will lead campers through dry land conditioning and recovery sessions that will help prepare you to compete in an end-of-camp triathlon, where athletes will swim up to 200 metres, bike 5 kilometres and run 2 kilometres. Note: Athletes will be organized into age-appropriate race groups where distances may vary. The camp day is 8:30am to 4:30pm. Camp programming runs from 9am to 4pm. Before & After Care is available from 7:30am to 8:30am for campers who require care before the camp day begins and after the camp day has ended from 4:30pm to 6pm. Separate registration is required.

Do you have the travel bug? Then let’s take a different trip EVERY day! Play mini golf, virtual sports, laser tag and arcade games. Visit an aquarium. Bounce around on trampolines and inflatables. These adventurous trips are aimed at trying new things, exploring sites within and beyond our local boundaries, developing leadership skills and (obviously!) having fun. Note: Trip locations vary by camp session. An information package including trip destinations and an informed consent form will be emailed to parents prior to the start of the session.
